As the afternoon sun filters through the canopy of leaves, and branches the ferns and clover that grow on the forest floor become vibrant emerald.
An old giant sequoia stump becomes home to forest plants, and moss that grow in the Redwood national forest in Northern California, the sun highlights the greens of the various plants that grow here, making a beautiful scene.
It's hard to capture the grandeur of the giant sequoia trees that grow here, you have to see them to believe just how large they really are, forest giants growing to enormous heights, reaching 300 feet and more, some living over 2,000 years.
